This piece of Prehnite is really outstanding and unique. It is a big piece of matrix/trap rock with a vein of prehnite running down the middle of it. The vein opens up displaying a geode like formation of prehnite. Large size cabinet piece.
This piece is a great example how these minerals get formed throughout millions of years.
You can decorate your space with this accent display piece or add it to your personal mineral collection. This specimen was self collected at Lower New Street Quarry in Paterson, NJ.
