This bracelet features an awesome specimen of super bright willemite, calcite, and franklinite.
This fluorescent bracelet is wrapped in copper wire and has vegan black faux suede straps, and it's meant to be worn to an environment where a common black light is present (such as glow parties, raves, night clubs). It is 6" long, contains a 2" chain extension to fit various wrist sizes.
We recommend cutting down the chain to the desired wrist size after fitting.
It fits perfectly on a 6" wrist without the extension.
*Please keep in mind that exposure to UV light is dangerous. We recommend the use of protective goggles and gloves (and wearing sunscreen in the hands) when handling minerals under UV light*
Willemite: grey under daylight, fluoresces neon green under SW/LW UV light.
Calcite: white under daylight, fluoresces neon orange under SW/LW UV light.
Franklinite: black under daylight, non fluorescing under UV light.
This bracelet fluoresces under common black light , under shortwave UV light, and under longwave UV light.
This bracelet is great for enhancing any boho or rave fashion outfit.
This specimen was photographed using a common black, a 265nm UV light, and a 36 watt shortwave light. The pictures have not been retouched.
The specimen was self collected from Sterling Hill Mine in New Jersey.
